Freelance Sustainability Journalist & Copywriter, Innovation Team Manager
London, United Kingdom | Environmental Services
I am a freelance journalist and sustainability professional specialising in community, business and the environment. I enjoy working to engage consumers, citizens and fellow professionals on sustainability issues and encourage positive behaviour change through a range of channels.
I have a wide range of experience spanning content creation, general administration & research, project management and innovation support. In past employment I have worked for the European Union as a Project Support Assistant, the Guardian Sustainable Business Network as a contributing writer & investigative journalist, and Sustainable Brands as an in-house copywriter.
I am currently looking for new opportunities within the sustainability field.
Adam is a dedicated and talented designer. He has brought a wealth of experience and insight to Nowhere. I have had the pleasure of working with him directly on the poolhaus project. Adam was able to bring a HCD based approach to the design proceedings, which helped to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
I would highly recommend Adam since working with him on the Lionrover Project. This was an incredibly complex project where I asked him to design and build a remote controlled vehicle, capable of running in with a pride of Africa lions, to simulate hunting behaviour in captivity. Adam not only delivered exactly what was asked for, but he did so with such creativity and to such a strict budget I would say that his, as the 1st design of 3 so far, his provided the best results despite having the smallest budget and shortest time available to him. I would bite his hand off, if he was able to work with me on version 4!
Adam brought the idea of setting up an Innovation team to us and we where delight to engage him in delivering this. He did an excellent job in establishing and running this project.
